The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) is the independent regulator of AHBs in Ireland. It safeguards and oversees the effective governance, financial, property and tenancy management of 427 AHBs, who own and manage over 76,954 homes.

 

 

Senior Regulatory Manager (Finance) (Grade 7 – Administrative Officer)

AHBRA seeks a Senior Regulatory Manager with finance experience to join its regulatory assessment team.
Reporting to the Head of Registration & Assessment, the Senior Regulatory Manager (Finance) will provide governance and financial oversight of, and actively engage, with the largest AHBs in the country. This role will also involve the management of a small team of financial analysts to evaluate the financial performance and resilience of AHBs undergoing assessments of compliance with AHB Standards. This role provides an opportunity for significant growth for individuals wishing to expand their knowledge, skills and expertise. It offers a dynamic environment where continuous learning and professional development are encouraged. Individuals will have the chance to engage with diverse challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects in a vital sector.
