AHBRA publishes Annual Sectoral Analysis – Insights from the 2024 Annual Monitoring Programme
The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) has today issued “AHBRA Sectoral Analysis: Insights from the 2024 AHB Monitoring Programme” to the 380 AHBs who engaged in the 2024 Annual Monitoring Programme.
The document outlines the key findings from the data provided by the AHBs in the 2024 Annual Monitoring Programme and identifies the key risks which the sector must manage. It will be supplemented by the release of further insights and online data sets on AHBRA’s website throughout the year.
The Annual Monitoring Programme is one of the key tools used by AHBRA to engage with AHBs. It is important however, that AHBs notify AHBRA of key events on a timely basis throughout the year to ensure that the risks at both AHB and sectoral level are kept up to date. The insights from our regulatory engagement direct the focus of AHBRA’s regulatory programmes.
