AHBRA publishes ‘Standards for AHBs’ following approval by Minister O’Brien
The standards for AHBs were developed following engagement with the sector and a wide range of key stakeholders. The Standards for AHBs do not stand alone, they form an integral part of the overall regulatory approach and the application of risk-based regulation.
Section 37(8) of the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 requires all AHBs to comply with the Standards
