We are currently seeking applications for a Head of Regulatory Engagement – Assistant Principal Officer. This role provides an opportunity for significant growth for individuals wishing to expand their knowledge, skills and expertise.
Our office is located near Merrion Square in Dublin 2 and operates a hybrid workplace model with flexible working hours.
The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) is the independent regulator of AHBs in Ireland. It safeguards and oversees the effective governance, financial, property and tenancy management of over 400 AHBs, who own and manage over 67,000 homes.
AHBRA currently undertakes guidance and capacity building initiatives, stakeholder engagement and communications activity across a number of teams in support of its regulatory functions. With the recruitment of this post, AHBRA will establish a new, dedicated Regulatory Engagement function, reflecting the increasing scale and complexity of the sector and AHBRA’s strategic focus on facilitating and embedding compliance.
