The AHBRA complies with the Regulations on the re-use of Public Sector Information. We encourage the re-use of the information that we produce. You may re-use the information on this website free of charge in any format.

Re-use includes copying, modifying, publishing, translating, adapting, distributing or otherwise using the information in any medium, mode or format for any lawful purpose.

An individual or a legal entity may make a request to a public sector body to release documents for re-use.

How to make a request:

When making your request, you should:

  • Clearly indicate that your request is being made for the purpose of the re-use of public sector information.
  • Give as much detail as possible to enable the information to be identified easily.
  • Include contact details to allow us to contact you regarding your request.

How is the request processed by the AHBRA?

We will acknowledge your request and generally issue a response within 20 working days from receipt of the request. Where, due to the extent or complexity of the request, processing will take longer than 20 working days from receipt of the request, we shall advise you accordingly within three weeks after the initial request was received. In such circumstances, a full response will issue within 40 working days from receipt of the request. If you are not satisfied with the decision on your request, you can appeal to the Office of the Information Commissioner which are an independent appeals body and have the power to affirm, annul or vary the public body’s decision.
