Three new Board Members appointed to the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority Board

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage has appointed three new members to the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) with effect from February 2026, for a term of four years.

The new Board members are:

  • Olan Cremin
  • Anne Haugh 
  • Dr. Aideen Hayden

The appointments have been made in accordance with the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act of 2019 and following an open recruitment campaign run by the Public Appointments Service. 

This brings the Board’s membership from eight to eleven members. AHBRA’s Board now comprises of six men and five women.
